Hmm.. So it doesnt specifically has to be in work, could be anywhere. What you would do is talk to him more get to know him by small talks like how he's day is. Make sure u smile around him , i dont care how many times people repeat the word smile but its right, attracts all men out there to warm up to you and they would think yea see, this girl is not just smart and pretty but she is kind and smiles at me :) you could give small hints like if you two arent lookin at eachothers eyes when talkin u could start to lool at him in the eye it shows u care about what hes saying nd u show an interest towards him then if he looks at u smile again. Make sure you are there to help him with a document or something to do with work. Use your 'work buddies' advantage then you could move on to hints like starin and say hi or good morning when you see him. If he offers help, accept it for once , shows we r not all independent and guys like that you said yes you can help! Other than that you should give it a try and have the patience. Patience is the key and once u stare btw if he keeps the eyecontact you could either hint him that you like him by looking away or blushin or little flirtly smile. Look nice for yourself than u will feel confident . Remember all these things towards him could make him to like you as a friend which is very good start .
