One cute idea would be a frame with a picture of the two of you together, if you can't do that another thing would be to get him his favorite color as a shirt. You could also get a shirt with his favorite show, band, etc. this shows that you understand him and knows what he likes which will make him feel closer to you.

∙ 13y agoYou could get her body and hair stuff like lotion, a barret, perfume, or fuzzy socks.You could make her a scrapbook that has all your favorite memories together. Or a cell phone case or maybe you could get her, her favorite brand of shirt like Aeropostal or Hollister!!! Also, you can always use gift cards!I got my friend all these things on different years she loved them all!

Do you mean the brother said 'Your crush wishes you a Merry Christmas'? In which case 'Thankyou' seems highly appropriate. If you mean that the question is from you, the girl's crush, and the brother said 'Merry Christmas' and the girl and parents said 'thank you', then maybe it's a bit odd they didn't say Merry Christmas back, but perhaps they are slightly more formal than I am. Still not weird.
