It really depends. My breasts were already big when I was ten. Every person is different, so I can't really say. But 10-16 is the average age when you will start your puberty so 12 years old is about the time when your breasts will grow. It should be at least growing, but if it isn't, don't worry. It will definitely grow one day. If it is, well, your breast might hurt a bit and the nipple will grow bigger and darker. It doesn't matter because every 12 year old has different breast sizes.
