cigarettes tastes like dust but little bitter
The "Original" brand (the blue pack) is most likely to taste similar to Marlboro.
Yes, there is a water vapor cigarette that tastes like tobacco but it runs on electricity and water and it never runs out.
No , tobacco in cigars is aged to bring out different flavors/tastes whereas cigarette tobacco is laced with a wide variety of chemicals .

That depends entirely on the brand, maker, and type of fluid you use; as well as the flavor and nicotine level. Speaking personally; Vanilla Hazelnut tastes just like a smooth Cuban cigar (to me). Cherry Tobacco (as my store makes it) tastes just like Cherry Pipe Tobacco.
I'm pretty darn sure that most cigarettes have the same amount of tar and nicotine. Just don't buy marijuanna. You should try looking up like those fake smokes, that feels and tastes exactly like regular cigarettes.
The FDA demanded that all additives in cigarettes be made public. They did and the ingredients were all FDA approved additives already In use worldwide in every manufactured food available. The complete list is available at RJR's website. rjrtDOTcom/ingredientsDOTspx
It is doubtful that it is possible to genetically modify tobacco to make a cancer free cigarette. The problems are that tobacco is cured to give it the flavor, and that the tobacco is burned during smoking. Burning objects tend to produce carcinogens. So it doesn't matter what tobacco is used. However, if you want to make a cancer-free cigarette, you would have to use a technology that doesn't include burning things. So that is where electronic cigarettes come in. They do not burn, so nothing gets turned into carcinogens while you smoke it. That said, the technology is not perfect nor risk free. To make one that tastes like a traditional cigarette, some carcinogens would have to be added. With time, people could get away from wanting that taste. Plus, there is also a risk that ordinary cigarettes don't have, and that is exploding batteries. For some e-cigarettes, the mouthpiece is a modified battery, and if that explodes while you are using it, it could mean dental loss or other injury.
It kinda tastes like fruit punch then changes to orange. Your kinda on the right page
None, Marlboro is factory made, so it has a factory taste. Roll-your-owns have a little bit fresher taste.
