I don't think there is a punishment when a wife have affairs, the only one that I know is from God himself, even for the married man. Here is a thing, if man and woman always cheat and get punish by it, take my words for it, no human will try to do it, or else it will give them something to think about. Secondly, when it comes to being punish, it will be her conscience and guilt that will haunt her, it also goes for the married man.
