The answer is simple. Eat well & exercise, and don't do anything to excess. Don't smoke or do drugs.
By eating well, eat whole foods as much as possible, over processed food. The more processed food is, the less healthy it is. Eat fruits & vegetables every day. Don't consume a lot of sodium and sugar, or excess starch. Don't eat fried food. Certain fats are good for you (like fish oil & avocado) while others are extremely unhealthy.
Find a physically active activity you enjoy doing, and do it regularly. The more sedentary one is, the more health issues will arise. Make sure it's something that gets your cardio up (heart pumping), because that is really what burns calories & keeps your heart healthy.
Finally, and possibly most importantly, keep a positive attitude. Your mental state has a huge affect on your body & immune system. When we become depressed or stressed, it makes us susceptible to illness. Keep a sense of humor, enjoy the good things, and shrug off the bad. Keep a happy mind & the body will follow.
Maintain a balanced diet, and stay physically active.
Just what it says. Your physically healthy, your body is functioning on the outside for the most part you can say, your muscles are working properly. You can stay PHYSICALLY healthy by eating correctly and keeping exercise
Muscles will ordinarily stay healthy if they are regularly active. They must be used daily for them to stay active.
Relationships are something that must be maintained to stay healthy and strong.
Mentally and physically.
Physically healthy means that your body is healthy. It does not mean that your mind is healthy though, that is mental health.
A physically healthy person does not have a high BMI and is in good shape. They also have a healthy color to the skin, and do not appear haggard.
An aging person can try to stay healthy by being active. This doesn't mean that one has to run or walk 3 miles daily, but a nice stroll around the block is good. Other ways for an aging person to stay healthy is to stay physically and mentally busy. One could try volunteering as something physical. Playing word games or word puzzles is a way to stay mentally sharp.
Healthy Weight loss is a combination of a few things. You must change your lifestyle, eat healthy and exercise regularly. You must eat through out the day, healthy snacks and healthy meals. Stay active after you eat. Join a gym!
