Alcohol is a depressant of the central nervous system; the brain does not function as fully as it otherwise would. Violence is the easy and primitive means to express anger. Whereas to deal with anger or frustration in a way that does not involve violence generally requires more intelligence and more sophisticated types of thinking. So, a person who is capable of intelligent anger management when sober, may lose that ability when drunk.
Alcohol lowers inhibitions and impairs judgment, making some individuals more likely to act impulsively and engage in aggressive behavior. Additionally, alcohol can affect the brain's frontal lobe, which controls impulses, leading to a lack of self-control and an increased likelihood of violent outbursts. Personal history, individual temperament, and any underlying mental health issues can also play a role in determining whether a drunk person becomes violent.
There is no direct causal link between smoking weed and becoming a violent person. However, some individuals may experience an increase in paranoia or anxiety, which can potentially lead to aggressive behavior. It is important to consider individual differences and factors when evaluating the effects of cannabis use on behavior.
A person who makes an allegation is often called an accuser or a claimant.

Malicious and vindictive behavior can stem from deep-seated emotional issues, such as unresolved anger, insecurity, or feelings of powerlessness. It may also be a learned behavior stemming from past experiences of betrayal or mistreatment. In some cases, a lack of empathy or moral compass can contribute to these traits.
A once credible witness may become not credible if they are found to have a bias or personal interest in the outcome of the case, if their testimony is inconsistent or contradicted by other evidence, or if they have a history of providing false information or being unreliable in the past. Additionally, factors such as emotional state, memory issues, or manipulation can also affect a witness's credibility.

Not all drunk people get belligerent, although it can certainly seem that way. A drunk person's focus usually ends up on one target, and usually one that makes them belligerent. There have been studies done that show that distracting a drunk person with mental tasks can actually help curb the belligerent person.

They can, as they get bored easily and this annoys them. if you keep them doing rigorous activities they shouldn't get bored too soon. Also these Children need lots of extra attention and will get violent if it is not given to them. Most will grow out of it with time. I don't agree with the previous answer. From my experience and study, like any kids, kids with ADHD CAN get violent, but they are not necessarily more violent than other kids. It is far more common for them to just ignore people (because they are distracted) or act more impulsively. If they have LEARNED violent responses from others they may be a little more likely to act out violently on impulse but that would make them blend in more with the others around them (who are not ADHD but are acting violently) rather than make them stand out. Lack of attention won't make ADHD people be violent, it just makes them more likely to act in socially inappropriate ways since they are not paying attention to the reactions of others around them.
Because when you're drunk your reaction time is longer, your sense of judgment is poorer and you become clumsy. These thing makes you less able to drive a car safely, and increases the risk of you causing an accident. To protect the ones that share the road with you, and yourself, society tries to prevent drunk driving.
Weaves. It is an obsolete third person singular form of the verb that makes it sound like the person has a lisp. All those third person "th" endings have now become "s". E.g. "He hath drunk too much wine; he weaveth as he walks." or "She doth crafts at home: she weaveth cloth and chargeth unbelievable prices when she sells to tourists."
