It is a top break style double action revolver that was made by the Iver Johnson Company from 1910-1935. Value is not great, but will be heavily influenced by condition., averaging around $125-$150 for a specimen in Very Good condition.

Yes....I own one and love it. Breach break and double action. It was a cheap gun used for concealed carry as a boot gun or pocket carry.
From the 2010 Standard Catalog of Firearms- between the .32 and .38 versions, approximately 15,000 were made between 1887 and 1899. Values range from $200 for a FAIR specimen to $500 for a GOOD. The type action is known as a "top break" revolver.
