what is the value of a s&w model 29 with a 10.63 barrel
The Model 29 is a 44 Magnum.
Th answer depends on the condition. Poor condition, around $250. Mint, like New, maybe $1000+....but like all antiques....someone has to want it...so the buyer will be a Remington fan, or it means something special to them.
The remington model 29 was made from 1929-1933.these shotguns run between 175 dollars for a gun in poor condition,200 for fair condition,300 for good condition,350 for a very good condition gun.You may add 40% to the above values if yours is a shotgun with 32in.barrels.If yours has a vent rib barrel add another 25% to the above figures.
Never made by S&W. The Model 29 is a 44 Magnum
1930-1933 they are all date code stamped on the barrel, see related links for information on the Remington Society of America.
