Yes. 7,65 Browning or 7.65 Browning is just another name for the .32 acp round that the Kel-Tec P32 uses. To be sure, go to Wikipedia and do a search for each of those calibers and note the measurements. See what the round is supposed to look like. Make sure that matches what you put in your gun.

There is no Walther P32. You either have a PP or PPk in 7.65mm aka 32 Auto. There is no reliable way to value with just the limited information you have given. "German army marking" is to vague. Need a detailed description of all markings, finish, condition, box, papers, accessories, etc.. You could be in the 100-1000 USD or more range.
