This is very hard to judge at a distance. The value of any firearm is driven by condition and originality- and we can't tell that from here. Many (most?) of the Quackenbush rifles were made as "boys" rifles- they were not extremely high quality arms, and most of the surviving specimens show the ravages of time (and boys). Value may be $100, or several hundred, depending on the EXACT model and condition. You most accurate answer will come from a hands-on inspection- you might try a local gun show, where there may be several people familiar with the Quackenbush. Please do NOT shoot modern 22 ammo in your rifle- most were made for older low pressure ammo, and the action was never meant for high speed ammo- several have brass barrels with a thin steel liner.
