Made in France. Unless ornately engraved or associated with someone famous, it only has value as a wall hanger.
The value of any firearm is based on the make, model, and condition. We do not know WHICH pistol, made at the St. Etienne armory, or it's condition. You will need a hands-on appraisal from someone that knows antique European firearms.

Obviously French, but not much else. The proofmarks under the barrel and type of action will help date the shotgun.

Very little. I have one and the only thing I have found was that it was made in St. Louis, and it is a very well made shotgun. A Dr. I know that collects old high end doubles said that if he were to guess a auction value, he would say $3000.00
