Your Winchester s/n 1847 was made in 1892, the 1st year of production for that model. The 44/40 is one of the more desirable calibers for that model. It's value is directly related to it's configuration and condition. But without GOOD pics it would be impossible to say how much it's worth, kinda like saying, "I have a 53 Chevy much is it worth!"
