Value of Rifle by Norinco SKS 7.62x39 with and without wood stock?
I have a Norinco SKS-M with "blonde" Monte Carlo stock and 16 inch paratrooper barrel with bayonet lug but no bayonet. For a lightly used model in very good condition and with a 30 round ak mag and Vexor flashhider I paid $550 in January 2009. I'm glad to have it. The gun will last forever.

There is no such thing as a "semi-automatic assault rifle" except in the minds of those politicians and wealthy people who think they should dicatate what you or I can own. The semi-automatic SKS made by Norinco is worht 75-300 USD

In the vicinity of $200 for a basic Type 56 carbine, up to $500 - $600 for some of the more 'exotic' models, like the paratrooper carbine, and detachable magazine SKS D and SKS M rifles.
The Chinese manufactured several variants of the SKS. Depending on specifics, you may looking at anywhere from $200 - $600+. Paratrooper models and the detachable magazine SKS-M and SKS-D fetch much higher prices than a standard Type 56 carbine.
