Federal labs mainly made tear gas guns- values may range from $35-$100, depending on model and condition. IF yours will fire regular ammo, it must have been registered with the US BATFE as an "Any Other Weapon". Possession of an unregistered AOW is severe- prison and fine. Not required for "tear gas only".

In the US, a Thompson submachine gun from 1920 in good condition would be worth ABOUT $25,000 to $30,000 if the gun is registered with the Federal BATFE, and the registration tax paid. If not, it is worth 10 years in a Federal prison and a fine of $250,000.
Machine Gun Corps Memorial was created in 1925.
The Value of a gun is determined by it's age, make, condition of the gun and how desirable it is.
No
So long as there is not a letter above or preceding this number, the gun was made in 1925 if it is a 12 ga. and 1929 if it is a 16ga. Value is too difficult to be accurate without seeing the gun. Condition which includes the amount of original finish and original configuration will determine value. Auto 5's with recoil pads (other than Mag 12's) poly-chokes and compensators will reduce value. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
Depends on what you were convicted of.
Gun registration is regulated by state. There is no federal gun registry, yet. You have to check with your state's gun laws.

Near mint guns and original box will command an extra premium. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
