During the 1950-80's several private brand airguns/rifles were made with company brand names on them but were made by Daisy, Crosman and a few other air gun manufactures. I believe your Cummins is one of these. As an example Sears, had their airguns made with the JC Higgins name on them but really were either a Crosman or a Daisy airgun. Montgomery wards had the Hawthorne brand that were made by Crosman.
Without seeing the rifle it is hard to identify it and set a value. Describe it , is it a pump, Break barrel, or a C02 powered air rifle? Is is plastic or wood? Does it still work? How do you load it and cock it. Are their numbers on it? All this will help identify it.
I also would like to know this as well. I picked up one, never knew about them. Mine isn't in great shape...and there is not any numbers or stamp markings to help identify it other than Cummin International Tools stamped on top of the barrel...not sure if I can post pics of it on here. But I would like someone if possible to give me an idea on what exactly I have. Thanks
I went looking for a photo on the web for Cummings air rifles and discovered that they are made in China. Usually made by BAM (Best Airgun Manufacturer) in Shanghai. They are an inexpensive air rifle. Each one can be of different quality as they come off the line. They usually sell between $20 - $60. Some people hate them and others say they are great. Take your pick.
