Cherokee was a trade brand used by C.M. McClung & Co. a dealer located in Knoxville, TN c. 1880 to 1920 and probably later. What kind of a shotgun is it? Single shot, double barrel, bolt action, ??? Is there anything special about it? Fancy engraving, finely checkered stocks, bronze badge that says Wells Fargo Express Co, ??? And what condition is it in? New with the box and hangtags, broken rusted and missing parts, ???
