As realtors say: Location, location, location.

Old gun traders think it is: Condition, condition, condition.

I have seen some 75 to 85 percenters priced at $700. It is a rarer caliber, and appears to have been produced from 1989 to around 1995 or 1996. The 243 or 308 are as common as the common cold, and they bring $500 up.

Eight to 10 years ago a rough one might bring $450 to $550, but today there is a frenzy gun market, and that rough one migh bring $550 to $750.

The other day I saw one advertised in pristine condition in the box for $1,300.

Probably won't be anymore made.
