I just bought one of these rifles at a gun show. 12/2004. I paid $130 for it. It appears to be in working condition. I have not tested it though. Bore is a little weak, but still in usable condition. I haven't seen a price guide on these rifles, and have no idea of the actual value, But after a considerable amount of horse trading I got one for $130. So I guess that can be a starting point in determung the value. I was told that the Hopkins & Allen model 722 is possibly the same gun. They sure look the same to me as well. .

The Remington Model 4 rolling block in .22 caliber with the serial number 353853 was manufactured in 1912. This model was produced from 1900 to 1935, and the serial number helps to pinpoint its production year within that range.
