Hello, I don't know what this gun is worth now{2009] but in 1956 in my first year of deer hunting[ 16 yrs. old ] I paid 60.00 dollars for a brand new one from a gun shop. After I bought it, I asked the owner why he was selling it so cheap since it was selling for 65.00 in Kingston. In those days all you needed was to show your hunting license to purchase..... actually, I'm not sure that you to even do that. Guns were as common to us as Baseball gloves.
