I don't know, but have one just like it. over/under silver receiver with engraving, checker stock, and have no idea on it's value. Looks like it's a pretty nice gun.

The Companion should be a single shot "folding" shotgun without an exposed hammer. It was probably the least expensive Beretta shotgun made and retailed (at least in the 1970s) for around $150.
