Since fibreglass has turned out NOT to be as wonderful as promised, the first problem is going to find a contractor that is still in business. The second problem will be getting them to warranty the job. You will be much better off in the long run tearing off the fibreglass and having the pool re-plastered. Pebbles or quartz is another alternative but will cost more with no added benefit. The best pool surface is with a polymer and pozzolan modified cement with real marble sand (if you can get it).
