In the cellar behind the bricks that make up a cat arching it's back.
It all depends on where you are gonna get your tattoo at, everyone has a different pain tolerance so for some people it is going to hurt worse and for some people they wont feel anything, In that case it will always vary, I am a 16 year old girl and I got my first tattoo 4 months ago i got a chest piece , i have a high pain tolerance so it didnt hurt all that bad , i finda felt like your cat kept scratching you in the same spot for a little bit ,after about id say maybe 15 minutes your skin starts to become numb and you don't feel the pain as much your body adjusts to it , but then it kinda starts to burn and it kinda feels like sunburn, but in the end its all worth it just make sure you'll just something you still will like in about 20 years , cause just remember its always gonna be on your skin.
