No all beer is made from the protein gluten which is found in wheat and barley. There are several gluten free beers on the market. One is "Redbridge" by Anheuser-Busch and is fairly readily available. It is made with sorghum, therefore it has a taste more like an ale than a lager beer. EDIT: Actually, you're wrong. Its qualifies as glutenfree because its under the limit of 20 ppm gluten. Most of the people with coeliac disease can drink it :)
