Not sure what the time limit(if any) is. CALL a local attorney ASAP. I have read of dealers getting caught NOT paying off loans yet selling cars again. It could be an honest mistake/oversight, no need to get stuck. Make the call just in case.
I am unaware of a Ferrari dealer in Akron. However, there is a Ferrari dealer in Cleveland.
A felony and time in prison. If you sell prescription drugs and get caught, you will be treated as a drug dealer. Just because the doctor prescribes them DOES NOT mean they are any less potent.
Selling cars (or selling things in general) does not require a college education.
Not unless the selling dealer agrees.

Usually you don't unless you're the police or a rat that has been caught with evidence and has directly seen the illegal activity of the dealer. Think about it this way: are famous rappers getting busted as soon as they boast about selling cocaine in a song? No, they need proof or it's just hearsay. You can really cause yourself some problems if that evidence isn't present (legal or non legal issues can both result in those accusations).
Are you buying it or selling it? Expect to pay about $3 from an authentic coin dealer. If you are selling it to the dealer, you will be very lucky if you are offered $2.
Absolutely,a dealer can sell you a vehicle with a salvaged title. Each state has there own laws but in most states you must disclose to the consumer that the vehicle you are selling to them has SALVAGED history. The selling dealer must disclose this on the state title forms and on the BILL of SALE.If the selling dealer does not disclose this, then you have a legal rights against the dealer.
