Yes, you can get into trouble without being licensed. The only unregulated states are New Mexico and North Dakota, you could scratch in those states. If someone were to get an infection from one of your tattoos, you would be responsible for their health care, and you could be subject to a fine and/or jail time. Most states it is a misdemeanor to be tattooing without a license. best to do it right and get yourself an apprenticeship, most states now require a formal apprenticeship to become licensed.
teenagers get tattoos for many reasons just like everyone else, they could be doing it because its a fade going around at school, they want a tattoo of someone or something they love, personal reasons, social reasons, friends or just because they can.
The way to make a living by doing airbrush tattoos is to have a professional airbrush tattoo business system and a positive and friendly attitude. There are many events like birthday parties and beach events that would love to hire airbrush tattoo artists. Web advertising helps as well to get the name of the airbrush tattoo business out there.

This is totally dependent on the size of the piece that you are doing, the bigger the piece, the bigger the needle set. Typically, I like to fill tribal with a round shader as opposed to a mag. In my opinion you get a tighter grouping without having to really work at it, and for the most part, I hit the edges usually with a 15RS, and then will switch over to a 25RS for the middle fill. Most artists, including myself, will have a machine set up solely for tribal. Having a machine set up for a nice long stroke will give you the optimal results for tribal rather than trying to do it with a typical machine set up for general shade.

Depends on the law where you are, and whether it is legal to have a gun, and what you were doing with it. Without that information, we cannot even guess at an answer. Sort of like "what is penalty of having car?"
In the US, short answer is no. Some states do not require a barbers license for doing weaves and wig fitters.
If you have no license, you will be charged and prosecuted for that, i.e. "driving without a valid license or permit to drive". If another person is also in the vehicle, you will be charged with "carrying passengers without a valid license" (or the equivalent in your area). If you do not have a license, you are not allowed to drive. There is very little excuse for doing otherwise.
