Legal age to get tattooed in most states is 18. If you're under age any good shop should turn you away. If you go to an underground or unlicensed shop there is no telling what they could end up doing to your skin. Unless you know some one that is willing to tattoo you, you may be out of luck until you turn 18.

In Georgia, you must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo without parental consent. If you are under 18, you need written consent from a parent or guardian.
