In the U.S., even if the local laws in your area would allow a shop to pierce someone under the age of 18, most shops still will not touch you till you are 18 years of age out of professional ethics. You would have to call around, but I highly doubt you'll find any shop to oblige you unless you are 18, even with parental consent and compliance it's still quite uncommon for most shops, reputable ones at least, to work on minors.
Since you are a minor and you would not have parental consent...there is nowhere that would touch you. Even with parental consent, you would have to be at least 17 virtually anywhere who would service a minor to begin with. You would be hard pressed to find a shop that would risk their license and face a lawsuit from piercing someone who is underage and has absolutely no parental consent.
i think its 12 or 13 w/ parent consent, or 18 and over. im not sure though, so you should go and look up South Carolina piercing and tattoo laws. hope this helped.
I believe that it is the same anywhere in the US. 16 with parent/guarding consent, 18 without it. That goes for any piercings, except ear lobes which can be done with a gun (the only piercing that is done with a gun). But you'll still need parental consent.
You must be 18 to sign for it yourself; if you are under 18, you must be 16 and have parental consent.
With parental consent, it's around 13 or 14, I think. Without parental consent, it's 18 (with an ID or something, to prove your 18).
18
No, the legal age in any state is 18 without parental consent; no proper piercing shop will pierce you without parental consent. Please don't pierce yourself or get it done without proper sterilisation and procedure!
Without parental consent you would have to be 18
13+ with parental consent and 18+ without it.
No where without parental consent and attendance.
18
no
ATLEAST 14 with parental consent, 18 without
