I think its 18 but it might be 16.
Schools can't make piercings "illegal," but each school has different rules; for example, some schools allow nose piercings, but studs, not hoops. Most schools, however, don't care or won't even see that you have a tongue ring.
well Ive seen babies with pierced ears so i imagine its open for all ages
yes
You must be 18 to sign for it yourself; if you are under 18, you must be 16 and have parental consent.
The legal age for any type of piercing is 18. -EDIT- Depends on where you live and how old you are. In most states any sort of genital or nipple piercing you must be 18. For other piercings, you have to be at least 16 with parental consent and parent present at piercing.
For piercings it is entirely up to the parents. Nowdays you can see babies with piercings, however some salons have rules about the minimum age they will pierce a child but there is no legal age.
There is no legal age, you just have to have a legal parent to be your co-signer.
only if you are 18 and over. Or, if you are under 18 you need parental consent.
Do a Google Image search for tongue piercings.
It is any age with parent consent. Many babies get their piercings a while after their born.

Legal age is 14 without a parent in england.

Depends on your anatomy. I've seen up to 5 center tongue piercings.
If they're in the middle of your tongue, they're just double center tongue piercings. If they're side by side, on either side of your tongue, they're venom tongue piercings.
