In the State of Florida an Open Container is defined as "any container that is immediately capable of being consumed from, or the seal of which has been broken".
Single Beers, 4 packs, and 6 packs are considered "immediately consumable" because they are not fully enclosed packages like 12pks or 24pk cases of beer.
