Introduced as the 40-82 Winchester Center Fire (WCF) in 1885, for the Winchester Mdl 1886, this was a black powder cartridge, later loaded in smokeless, and discontinued about 1935. Original individual cartridges are collector's items, selling for about $15-20 each. You may have more luck searching Winchester 1886.
