Jennings Firearms was started in 1978 by Bruce Jennings as an earlier incarnation of what became Bryco Arms, but which also remained a recognizable brand name for Bryco Arms for many years even while Bryco Arms used its own brand name for firearms. Bryco declared bankruptcy in 2003 following a products liability lawsuit, and the assets were purchased by Jiminez in 2004. These companies are part of the "Ring of Fire" group of gunmakers, who made inexpensive firearms, reportedly of indifferent quality.
One can purchase Jennings firearms from the following sources: Homestead Firearms, Guns America, Lion Seek, Bryco - Jennings, Jimenez Arms, eBay, Family Friends Firearms, to name a few.
