Yes it is. Sadly it is no longer made but while it is a.357 mag,Most people shoot .38 special through it . There has been talk of looseness after fireing a lot of high powered .357 mag ammo. Soemcame with the square or Rounded Frame-You can tell by taking off the grips and looking at bottom of frame. Add those new Crimson Light grips and you got yourself an updated Model 65 !
