Adjunct is a part time position, generally night classes. They are not given office space, health insurance, or other benefits. They are paid by the hour. Colleges use them because they cost less money to hire than a full time instructor, but they get the same teaching. Full time are paid an annual salary, have an office, have benefits and pay into the retirement system.
Adjunct only references being a part-time faculty. Pay, benefits, time of classes taught, and resources available are unique to each university and can vary wildly.
"Adjunct" sounds nicer. That sounds somewhat facetious, but it's essentially true: Adjunct professors are typically employed on a temporary, part-time basis, so effectively they're the same thing, it's just a matter of what the school chooses to call them. (One reason for using the title is that isn't not as negative-sounding... many adjunct professors hold full time jobs during the day, and teach night classes in specialized topics that the regular faculty isn't really qualified to teach.)

An institute is a standalone organization or establishment that offers education and conducts research in various fields. A faculty, on the other hand, refers to a group of academic staff within an institute or university who are responsible for teaching and research activities in a specific area of study or department. In essence, an institute encompasses multiple faculties that collectively contribute to its academic programs and research endeavors.
Faculty are teachers or administrators with an educational degree. Staff members are employees who are not licensed teachers. Sometimes faculty members are referred to as being part of the staff. However, staff members are not faculty.
