Objectives

An objective tells a participant HOW they are going to reach their end goal and it should always start with an action word. Objectives should be measurable.

Agendas

An agenda is WHAT you'll be talking about. Your agenda is basically an outline of your subject matter. It doesn't have to include specific times, just what you plan to cover between the beginning and end of the time allotted. Agendas can be as detailed, or as general, as you would like.
