Commands usually perform some type of program maintenance such as editing, clearing, running, or saving programs. On the other side statements are the part of a computer program and run in compilers or indirect mode.
Not sure what you are trying to do. GWBasic is a programming language; Excel is a spreadsheet. If you like, just copy data from Excel to your GWBasic editing program and reformat, as needed.
