What is the male counterpart of Eastern Star?

You might consider the Masons (also known as the Freemasons or Ancient Free and Accepted Masons) to be the male counterpart of Eastern Star; however Masons can join the Eastern Star as well. Eastern Star is the largest fraternal organization in the world to which both male and female members can belong. However, a female holds the highest office in the organization.

Is Queen Elizabeth II a 33RD degree free Manson?

No. Women can not be Masons. They can be Eastern Star if they are married to Mason or have a relative that is a Mason. Her ancestry includes Masons and one founded the Grand Lodge of England, but I don't think any of the current Royals are.

Do Greek fraternities have any part of masonry or the eastern star?

there is no formal association between fraternities/sororities and the masonic order, at least on a wide spread basis. I am sure there are some of them that specifically recruit masons, but in general they are a completely separate thing and have no ties to eachother

Is the queen a freemason?

Women generally do not become Masons, but with a husband, father or grandfather as a mason a woman can belong to Eastern Star, an associated organization. Nothing indicates she is Eastern Star, which she would be entitled to join, which means that she doesn't belong to it. Nor does she belong to the Women's Grand Lodge, a small Masonic Organization limited to women.
