The only difference is in the common usage of these words. They both mean "to absorb again". Resorb is used more commonly in Biology and Medicine to mean "to dissolve and assimilate" as in "The hematoma was resorbed" and "We used resorbable sutures". Reabsorb is used in most other cases as in "The returning expatriates were reabsorbed into the community".

"Resorb" refers to the process of absorbing or assimilating a substance back into the body, often related to bone tissues. "Reabsorb" specifically refers to the process of absorbing substances back into the bloodstream from the kidney tubules during the process of urine formation.
