Reflex liners are warrantied by the company that did the work. Line-X and Rhino have a national warranty. Found this out the hard way. Had a Reflex liner installed in July 2005 and it is peeling and various locations and has actually worn through on the tailgate and that is with very minimal hauling (few trips to Lowe's/Home Depot) etc. Would strongly recommend going with Line-X or Rhino.
