With fresh food u can eat it perfectly and can't get sick w raw meat u get sick and throw up and have Daria let me tell u last time i ate raw meat i was sick 4 a 3 weeks so eat fresh food and not raw.
The difference is that raw sap is made up of only water and mineral salts and elaborated sap is made up of raw sap (water and mineral salts) plus carbon dioxide.

No difference, cross-contamination is when you cut raw meat on a surface and then cut fresh vegetables on the same surface without properly cleaning and /or sanitizing. Cross contact isn't real technical term - but it would mean the same thing.
