In medical shop you can buy only OTC products like paracetamol but in Pharmacy there other medicines also available which are given only on providing the prescription by patients .

Secondly at Pharmacy there is separate section available for Patient Counselling where all the history is made available to the pharmacist by the patient and where pharmacist makes aware the patient about the drug drug interactions that may happen if the patient administers a OTC drug or Drug food interactions or adverse effects that may take place or timings at which medicines are to be administered and certain tasks which we cannot be done after administering a drug , such as after consuming sedative drug driving has to be avoided …..
