Personal consumer buys goods for his own use, for the use of household or as a gift for a friend whereas organizational consumer buys raw material, goods and services in order to run their business.

Personal consumer is the ultimate consumer whereas organizational consumer use their purchases to prepare goods and services for the ultimate consumer.

Government, non profit organizations, private businesses, institutes are the examples of organizational consumer.
