Here are a few basic descriptions of the different types of production. One off production -one product is made often a prototype.
Batch production -A small quantity of the product is made two or more up to one hundred.
Mass production - A large number of the product is made on a production line. Many hundreds of the product could be made. This is often called repetitive flow production.
Continuous production - Many thousands of the product are made. The difference between this and mass manufacturing is that continuous production is on 24 hours a day.
Just in time production - The arrival of parts at just the exact time that they are required in the factory.
one off is the production of an item once, batch productions is a form of production that is applied to a large number of items all at once whilst mass production is the same but made one at a time from mass produced parts. Haven't heard of continuous production!
the smallest is one-off production which is where a person bakes one batch, the others begin with p???????? and j??????
Batch production is the process of producing a set quantity of a set component, so not where you need 15,000 of a component, but a smaller set. This is desimilar to singular components which are better off produced by hand or a production line which is an ongoing process. Cad Cam can be used to quickly produce a design brief for a batch product, saving both time and monies.
Assembly-line processes are designed for repetitive tasks with high volume, enabling efficient mass production. Batch processes, on the other hand, allow for more variety and customization but may result in longer setup times and slower overall production rates due to frequent changeovers. The trade-off between efficiency and flexibility dictates the choice of process based on production requirements.
Most people think the difference is one is ON Broadway and one is NOT. This is not true. There are many Broadway shows that aren't literally on Broadway. The main difference between a Broadway show and an off-broadway show is the size of the house (number of seats). The tickets are also cheaper and the production value usually cheaper.
The difference is that one is on and the other is off.
There is no difference between Contingent Liability and Off Balance Sheet Liability.
in off line spooling user has no interface with systems it strongly used in Batch system's.it mean's that you submit your request to system , system will cmputing and print result of request without interface with user.
There is no difference.
Mass production is the production of large quantities of identical objects. Custom-made means something is a one-off, or a hand made item of a very small number
they are the same
The difference between dispose of and dispose off is that one is correct and the other is not. You would use dispose of if you mean to get rid of something.
