Layout plans show the arrangement of components within a space, such as furniture or equipment placement in a room. Location plans indicate the position of a property in relation to its surroundings, including boundaries, neighboring buildings, and nearby amenities. Essentially, layout plans focus on internal spatial organization, while location plans focus on external context and orientation.
