Formal & Informal are the two ways of verbal communication.The language we use with our friend , family, relative and the person you are familiar with , you know him well.it is informal situation . Whereas the person you do not know each other , meeting first time, or the person who is aged than you in the sense of position ex. teacher, doctor, lawyer it is formal situation.Informal situation refers to the close relationship , whereas Informal situation refers to distant relationship.
