Solid substances obtained from EUDRAGIT® RL 100 or EUDRAGIT® RS 100. EUDRAGIT®

RL PO (Type A) and EUDRAGIT® RS PO (Type B) are described in the monographs quoted above.

EUDRAGIT® RL 100 / RL PO and EUDRAGIT® RS 100 / RS PO are copolymers of ethyl

acrylate, methyl methacrylate and a low content of a methacrylic acid ester with quaternary ammonium groups (trimethylammonioethyl methacrylate chloride). The ammonium groups are present as salts and make the polymers permeable. The molar ratio of ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and trimethylammonioethyl methacrylate is approx. 1:2:0.2 in EUDRAGIT RL and approx. 1:2:0.1 in EUDRAGIT RS.

Eudragit RS PO is a cationic polymer, while Eudragit RL PO is an anionic polymer. Eudragit RS PO is typically used for sustained-release formulations due to its permeability characteristics, while Eudragit RL PO is often used for enteric coatings due to its pH-dependent solubility properties.

In polymer eudragit RL100 what 100 means?

The "100" in Eudragit RL100 refers to the type of resin grade. In this case, Eudragit RL100 is a specific grade used in drug delivery systems to control drug release profiles through its permeability and swelling properties.

What are the difference between rl and RC circuit?

RL circuit consists of a resistor and an inductor connected in series, while an RC circuit consists of a resistor and a capacitor connected in series. In an RL circuit, the time constant is determined by the resistance and inductance, while in an RC circuit, the time constant is determined by the resistance and capacitance. RL circuits respond to changes in current, while RC circuits respond to changes in voltage.

What Definition of up and down train?

The words "up" and "down" refers to the difference in mean RLs of the two station. For example if a train travels between stations "A" and "B" and the mean RL of A is more than the mean RL of B, then a train travelling from A to b will be referred to as DOWN and the train travelling from B to A will be referred to as UP.
