These are fairly broad definitions and are often slightly different when put into a specific context such as business intelligence, mililtary intellingence, philosophy, etc.
The difference between data and intelligence is data are facts, where information is data that is used to answer a question or resolve a problem. Knowledge is the consumption or absorption of data whereas intelligence is application of information to a circumstance.

Having intelligence generally increases the ability to gain knowledge. However, they are not dependent on one another. Knowledge can exist without intelligence and intelligence without knowledge.
