Not all are gifted people are present with varied I.Qs and gifted for the rare sect of the society
May be universal as different people can be creative in different field

NURTURING
It is most of inborn trait and though sharpening is possible, inculcating giftedness is not possible
It can be nurtured and imbibed with time, exposure and practice.

Generally Giftedness does not hinder in the socialization and they interact with small or big group.

Creative children often exhibit original thinking, imagination, and innovation in their pursuits, whereas gifted children possess exceptional abilities or talents in a particular area like academics, arts, or sports. While creative children may come up with unique ideas, gifted children demonstrate advanced skills and performance in their gifted area.
