A review is an evaluation or critique of something that has been experienced or completed, offering judgments or opinions based on that experience. A preview, on the other hand, is a glimpse or overview of something that has not yet been fully experienced or released, providing insight or information to anticipate what is to come.

the print command gives an order to the computer to print a page but the print preview gives us a preview of the way in which it has to be printed
Print starts the printing process. Print Preview opens a window showing an example of how the printed pages will look and give you an opportunity to change the page layout if you don't like what you see.
A Broadway preview show is typically not in New York, but some other major place where people will come to see it. If the preview is a hit, then it will eventually go to Broadway.
