A query is a function designed to output a response. A filter is a restriction designed to weed out irrelevant or unwanted responses.
For example, if one were to Google information on monks, but not the television show Monk, one might parse the query as: monk -tv -"Tony Shalhoub". The first term would be the query, and the next two terms (each marked with a minus sign) would be the filters.
in some cease both are the same they use query language but in fact the out puts are very deference
Not exactly. A query is much more powerful. Essentially it can filter records, but queries can do all sorts of other things that filters cannot do. A filter will reduce down the amount of records you see by apply a condition. You can then scroll through the visible records. A query can do the same thing, but it will give you a list of the records. It can deal with more complex conditions and do many other things like delete records, change values in records, build new tables and many other things that filters cannot do. You would use a filter for simple things, like to filter out all the people working in a particular department, but would use a query for something more complex like to show the people working in a particular department, who are earning a certain amount of pay and have worked in the company for more than a certain amount of years.
She enjoys doing 'spot the difference' puzzles. There is a difference between happy and sad. What is the difference between these two cakes?
1)The impulse response of an IIR filter extends over infinite duration while the impulse response of FIR filter is stricted to finite no. of samples. 2)IIR is not always stable but FIR is always stable. 3)FIR can have precisely linear phase while IIR filters do not have linear phase.
what is the difference between ERD and UML Flowcharts.
A query (inquiry) is seeking information. A report provides information.
A query is far more powerful than a filter. It depends on what you want to do. For some simple things a filter will do what you need. A query can do much more sophisticated things.
one of the difference is HQL does not support distinct but SQL supports the distinct in the query
The query is simple set of insert, update, delete statement where as transaction is a set of statement which follows ACID properties.
a simple query is when you answer a database to do something and a complex/parameter query is a prompt to run a question to find something
A simple search is one based on a single term or criterion.
Difference is capacity and the fuel type.
Nothing, they are the same thing.

Size.
A cartridge filter is inside an assembly as an element is its own assembly.
